Fruitless (Version 1)

This work explores avoidance personality through a wire structure resembling a human ear, symbolizing silent listening in the face of suppressed expression. Paintings are layered from external depictions (backs and hands) to inner reflections (eyes), representing a journey inward. The canvases, sewn onto the wire with messy red stitches, convey the tension between the fear of connection and the longing for it, as well as self-disappointment and frustration.
